HS Management was founded with my Papaw, Horace Stiltner Cook—affectionately known as H.S. – in mind.  A proud son of East Tennessee, H.S. embodied hard work, integrity, and commitment to family—values that continue to inspire everything I do.

As a U.S. Navy veteran with 10 years of service as a Master-at-Arms during the War on Terror, I bring a wealth of leadership experience, discipline, and operational excellence to every endeavor. Following my military service, I transitioned into key leadership roles across multiple industries, including Automotive, Multi-Family Construction, and currently, as Operations Manager for a counseling and autism services practice.

My wife Sarah and I are a dynamic team—partners in life and business. Together, we lead with passion and purpose, guided by a few core principles: “It pays to be a winner,” “Divide & Conquer,” and “No barriers.” We are proud parents to six amazing children and grandparents to one incredibly stinkin cute granddaughter.
